Push Up, Kneeling Steps:
Place both hands on the floor in front of you, shoulder width apart
Wrists and elbows should be inline with the chest
Fingers facing forward, so your body is in a straight line and supported only by your hands and knees
Pull in the abdominals tight and keep the pelvis straight
Maintain a straight back throughout the exercise
Bend at the elbows to lower the body towards the floor until the upper arms are parallel to the floor
Chest should be around 2-3 inches off the floor
Pause briefly then push back to the start position by extending the elbows
Top Tip:Move the knees further away from the abdomen to make it more difficult. Likewise bring them closer to make it slightly easier.
