Push Up, Medicine Ball, Alternating |
Type: Chest |
The push up with alternating medicine ball is an effective exercise for developing the pectoral muscles, and is performed by lying prone and pressing your body up with your hands so that everything is off the floor but your toes and hands. The alternating medicine ball push up uses a medicine ball to stagger the elevation of the hands and challenge the core muscles by varying the center of gravity. This is a progressive version of the standard push up. Below you'll find a video guide & step by step instructions for the alternating medicine ball push up.
