Push Up, Plank, Dumbbell Row

The plank row with a push up is a very effective combination exercise for developing the whole upper body including the chest, back, core, arms & shoulders. Push Up, Plank, Dumbbell Row Steps:

Step 1:
Adopt the normal push up position with a dumbbell in both hands

Step 2:
Adjust the hands so the palms face each other & tense the core

Step 3:
Row one of dumbbells on one side up to the chest

Step 4:
Return the dumbbell to the start position & perform a push up

Step 5:
Repeat the same move for the opposite arm

Step 6:
This is one repetition
