Push Up, Plank, Dumbbell Row Steps:
Adopt the normal push up position with a dumbbell in both hands
|
Adjust the hands so the palms face each other & tense the core
|
Row one of dumbbells on one side up to the chest
|
Return the dumbbell to the start position & perform a push up
|
Repeat the same move for the opposite arm
|
