Bench Press, Dumbbell, Neutral Grip Steps:
Lying on a bench with the feet up, and grasp a dumbbell in each hand with a neutral grip.
|
Lower the weights slowly toward the chest, letting your elbows slightly flare out.
|
Fire the pecs hard and press to the ceiling, returning to the start position.
|
Repeat for all required reps.
