The cable will allow you to have more control than a decline bench press as well as isolate the muscles. Chest Press, Cable, Decline, Alternating Steps:
Standing up straight, grasp two cable handles in each hand. Be sure the plane of movement and angle of pull is at head height.
|
Extend one arm diagonally downward, firing the chest hard.
|
Return to the start position, then repeat for the other arm.
|
Repeat for all required reps.
