Single Leg X

Lower body exercise challenging agility, balance and speed using one leg at a time.

Single Leg X Steps:

Step 1:
Mark an "+" on the floor using intersecting vertical and horizontal lines.

Step 2:
Standing in one of the four quadrants of the "+", stand on your right foot (bending the left knee and raising the left foot) and place hands on hips.

Step 3:
Draw an "X" with your right foot moving diagonally from the bottom to top quadrants, straight down and then diagonally to the opposite side.

Step 4:
Then, draw an "X" with your right foot moving diagonally from the top to the bottom quadrants, straight up and then diagonally to the opposite side.

Step 5:
Repeat this exercise using the left leg.

Top Tip:

Look forward and stay light on your toes at all times.
