Superman (Full) Steps:

Step 1:
Lie face down on the ground with arms and legs fully extended (arms are shoulder width apart and legs hip distance apart).

Step 2:
Keeping shoulders away from the ears at all times, raise the hands and feet off the ground simultaneously (hands and feet should raise evenly off the ground).

Top Tip:

Raise the arms from behind the shoulders and the legs from the glutes; arms and legs should raise equally off the floor (hands and feet are in line with one another).
