Center Jump, Dumbbell Steps:
Take hold of a pair of dumbbells in each hand
|
Stand with feet astride a gym box or low bench
|
Curl the dumbbells up to shoulder height and maintain that position
|
Drop into a squat until your butt touches the bench
|
Immediately jump up landing with both feet on top of the bench
|
Stride jump back down to the start position
|
