Center jumps on to a bench is an effective exercise for developing the quads and glutes, and is carried out by performing a squat jump while straddling a box and landing on it. It will help develop power, strength and reflex action in the buttocks, quads and hamstrings. The jump along with the squat makes this quite a challenging but very effective combination exercise. Below you'll find a video guide and step by step instructions that describes the correct technique for center jumps with a squat exercise.
