Full Clean, Dumbbell Steps:

Step 1:
Take hold of a pair of dumbbells & rest at the waist

Step 2:
Rotate the hands so the palms face behind

Step 3:
Simultaneously drop into a squat and reverse curl the dumbbells to the shoulders

Step 4:
Then extend the knees, hips & ankles to stand upright

Step 5:
This is one repetition
