Squat Jump, Dumbbell Steps:
Take hold of a pair of dumbbells in each hand by your sides
|
Stand up straight with feet slightly wider than shoulder width
|
Drop into a squat until your thighs are below parallel
|
Immediately extend the knees and hips to jump up so both feet leave the floor
|
Land back with both feet & drop down into the squat position to repeat
|
