Squat, Dumbbell Press Steps:
Stand up holding the dumbbells at shoulder height
|
Rotate the hands so the palms face each other
|
Position the feet at shoulder width
|
Drop into a squat by bending at the knees and hips

Maintain the position of the dumbbells
|
Stand up from the squat by extending the knees and hips
|
From the standing position press the dumbbell overhead
|
Return the dumbbells to shoulder height
