Squat, Dumbbell, Sumo Steps:
Stand up holding a dumbbell at one end with both hands at waist height
|
Adopt a wide stance & position the feet inline with the knees
|
Squat by bending at the knees and hips, keeping the back straight
|
Gradually lower the dumbbell until the thighs are parallel
|
Return back to the start by pushing the ground away
|
Keep the chest lifted and back straight at all times
