The addition of the vertical jump will develop explosive power in the legs. Squat, Low, Ankle Hops, Vertical Jump Steps:

Step 1:
Drop down into a deep squat position

Step 2:
Arms out in front for balance

Step 3:
Flex the ankles & knees to perform 4 short mini squat jumps

Step 4:
On the 5th forcefully extend the knees and hips to perform a full vertical jump

Step 5:
This is one repetition
