Squat, Prisoner Steps:
Stand with feet shoulder width apart
|
Place your hands on top of your head
|
Tense the stomach and back muscles
|
Squat by bending at the knees and hips, keeping the back straight
|
Gradually lower to a comfortable position
|
Return back to the start by pushing the ground away.
|
Top Tip:Keep the chest lifted, back straight and heels on the floor throughout the whole movement
|
