Walking Lunges, Medicine Ball Rainbow Steps:
Take hold of a medicine ball and hold it to one side
|
Stand with feet at shoulder width
|
Take a large lunging step forwards with the opposite leg
|
Simultaneously rotate the torso towards the leading leg
|
Keep the arms straight and follow a high arch across the body above the head
|
The medicine ball should end up on the opposite side
|
Keep the chest lifted, back straight and head looking forwards
|
Repeat for the opposite leg
