Wall Sit

Type: Legs
The wall sit is an effective exercise for developing the quads, and is performed by holding a sub 90 degree squat against a wall. Below you'll find a video guide and step by step instructions that describes the correct technique for the wall sit exercise.

Wall Sit Steps:

Step 1:
Stand with heels & back against a flat wall

Step 2:
Take a step forward with both feet

Step 3:
Lean back so the head, upper back and hips contact the wall

Step 4:
Slide down the wall until both thighs are parallel & feet flat

Step 5:
Hold that position for the required time
