Arm Circles, Dumbbell, Forward |
Type: Shoulder |
The forward arm circle exercise works the entire shoulder girdle. Start with a light weight because if you are not used to doing them you'll soon find it hard going and the tendency then is to fall into poor technique. Arm circles can also be used as a dynamic warm up exercise performed without any weight. Below you'll find a video guide and step by step instructions that describe the correct technique for the forward arm circle exercise.
