Arnold Press, Alternating, Standing |
Type: Shoulder |
The arnold press is an effective exercise for developing the deltoids, and is performed by pressing overhead while rotating the arms. This exercise works all the deltoid muscles in one movement. Alternating the movement increases the overall time under tension of the muscles. Below you'll find a video guide and step by step instructions that describes the correct technique for the standing dumbbell alternating arnold press exercise.
