Behind the Neck, Military Press, Barbell, Seated Steps:

Step 1:
Seated on a bench in a rack, and grasp the bar with a wide, pronated grip.

Step 2:
Lower the bar slowly toward the traps.

Step 3:
Fire the deltoids hard and press to the ceiling, returning to the start position.

Step 4:
Repeat for all required reps.
