Front Raise, Cable, Alternating Steps:

Step 1:
Grasp a low cable in each hand.

Step 2:
Fire your right deltoid and lift the weight out in front of the body, keeping the elbows extended.

Step 3:
Return to the start position, and repeat for the other arm.

Step 4:
Repeat for all required reps.
