Lateral Raise, Dumbbell, Bent Over |
Type: Shoulder |
The bent over lateral raise is an effective exercise for developing the delts and lats, and is performed by bending at the waist and lifting dumbbells to the side of the body with the elbows bent. Squeezing the shoulder blades together at the end of the movement will also work the upper and mid back. Below you'll find a video guide and step by step instructions that describes the correct technique for the dumbbell bent over lateral raise exercise.
