Push Press, Dumbbell Steps:
Take hold of a pair of dumbbells and stand upright
|
Raise the them up to shoulder height, palms facing forwards
|
Feet should be hip width apart, knees straight but not locked
|
Drop the knees, extend the elbows & push the dumbbells overhead by driving the legs
|
Pause briefly and lower back to shoulder height keeping the legs straight
|
|
