Upright Rows, Dumbbell |
Type: Shoulder |
An alternative exercise to the barbell upright row. The dumbbell variation of the upright row helps to balance out the upper back and shoulder muscles as it fires up more individual muscle fibres than the barbell version. Alternating the variations between your workouts creates variety and stimulation.
It's a great upper body exercise and will really help to broaden out the base of the neck and the shoulder line.
