Lower Back Stretches

Type: Stretching
This back stretch exercise targets the lower back muscles. The lower back muscles extend your spine and allow you to stand up straight, so they play an important part in maintaining good posture. Lower back stretches help to relieve tight muscles after your workout and ensure you maintain flexibility and full range of movement in the lower back. Below you'll find a video guide and step by step instructions that describes the correct technique for lower back stretches.
