Boat Pose (modified) Steps:

Step 1:
Start seated on the floor with legs bent to 90 degrees and feet on the floor; hands behind the knees with elbows bent.

Step 2:
With back flat and toes light, slowly draw the heels closer to the hips as you maintain balance on the sitting bones.

Step 3:
Hold the posture for 5 to 10 breaths and then return to starting position.

- Stimulates the kidneys, thyroid and prostate glands, and intestines
- Helps relieve stress
- Improves digestion
