Cat Cow Pose Steps:

Step 1:
Start in table top position (on hands and knees; hips aligned above the knees and shoulders directly above the hands).

Step 2:
COW POSE: Inhale to simultaneously drop the belly button to the floor as you press the hands into the ground, open up the chest and tilt the tailbone upwards to the ceiling.

Step 3:
CAT POSE: Exhale to simultaneously lift up the belly button as you press the hands into the ground, drop the head and tuck the tailbone under as the spine elevates to the ceiling.

Step 4:
Repeat the series for 5 to 10 breaths before returning to the starting position.
