Four Limbed Staff Pose Steps:

Step 1:
Start in Downward Facing Dog (Adho Mukha Svanasana).

Step 2:
Inhale to extend at the hips and move into Plank Pose (Kumbhakasana).

Step 3:
Exhale to bend the elbows to 90 degrees (elbows are directly above the wrists as head and shoulders are ahead of fingertips) as the body maintains a straight line from heels to the top of the head.

Step 4:
Inhale to prepare.

Step 5:
Exhale to extend at the elbows to return to Plank Pose.

Step 6:
Inhale to return to Downward Facing Dog.

Top Tip:

- Strengthens the arms and wrists
- Tones the abdomen
