Rabbit Pose (modified) Steps:

Step 1:
Start by sitting on the mat with knees bent, feet flat on the floor and hip distance apart (back is upright and arms are at your sides).

Step 2:
Take the right hand, weave it under the right thigh and grab the front of the left shin.Then, take the left hand, weave it under the left thigh and grab the front of the right shin.

Step 3:
Inhale to prepare.

Step 4:
Exhale to round out the spine and drop the head to look down towards the naval as the arms extend while holding onto the shins.

Step 5:
Hold the posture for 5 to 10 breaths and then return to starting position.

- Stretches the back, arms, and shoulders
