What would be awesome is if when you view your program from week to week up the top it explains what you are doing that week. Like from week 2-3 my programs weights drop for legs but increase in other areas. If i was told why this is i wouldnt have to keep enquiring on this site. For example "your legs need more of a rest this week so we are going to up the other muscle groups and rest the legs a bit" something like that. | |

Thanks for the feedback Andrew. The reason we haven't done this is as follows:
Although the end result looks simple - and the explanations we give people as to why these fluctuations happen are equally as simple - the complete reasoning behind everything is much more complex. These fluctuations are a product of a number of different things - supercompensation formulas, relative max values, periodization models, and physiological characteristics of the muscle group that functions as the prime mover (among other things) are all factors that play into program design. I'm afraid if we were to go in and explain all of this and why each decision is made the way it is, the result would be a 100+ page long manuscript on each and every day.
We're always looking for ways to simplify everything for you, and providing a structured functional model like this was the best option right now. Sometimes it may be difficult for you to fully commit to your program because you're not sure why you're doing everything, but know that everything has been planned and written meticulously and carefully to make sure you make serious progress. Once you begin to see these changes it will be easier for you to relax and trust the process.
Of course, always feel free to pose whatever questions you want, and we'll answer them quickly!
