About Me :
I am 27 yrs old. I weigh 118lbs. The only problem is my weight fluctuates and this i don't like. I fluctuate between 118 lbs to 123 lbs. Don't exactly know why. I workout usually an hour or two a day. Usually morning and then again at night. But I am also a beginner, not sure if i'm doing the right workouts to help me burn body fat and tone my body. I am skinny but have a little stubborn body fat that wants to hang around in the areas that us women hate.. Anyways overall i'm considered to be a kind, funny and truthful person. If there is anything else you would like to know just ask.....

New to Workoutbox...

Hi,

I'm new to workoutbox.. My fitness goal is to burn body fat and to also tone my body.
Overall i'm not worried about losing weight, weight is not a problem for me. Its losing the stubborn body fat in problem areas that us women hate. I will keep you updated on my achievements. If anyone has any ideas of how to lose body fat in those stubborn areas; I am
willing to listen and if i can be of any help to you let me know.

Hey Tammy,

You actually burn fat at a constant rate across the whole of the body. Typically the last bit of fat your body stored is the first thing to be burned, but overall it's all going to come off at a similar speed.

How much fat do you want to lose? By when? How are planning on achieving this goal?

Hey thanks for commenting on my log. Well really I'm not sure of how much body fat I have. I know I would like to lose about 5 in. off my waist/hip area. Most of my body fat hangs around more in that area. Would love to lose it by the 1st week of april. I have started eating better, before i thought it would be better for me to skip meals. I did however stay at a constant weight but wasn't losing any body fat and the consequence to skipping meals was at times i would eat more at one meal because my body was starving. So now I eat 3 small meals a day and have cut back on carbonated drinks. Have been doing research on this because its very important to me to have an overall good physique. Just not sure of how to start a good workout routine. Hope I don't sound silly just would like to know what would be good to start with routine wise because I am a beginner. Do I need to do this everyday or 3 x's a week. Thanks
