Rookie Muscle Building

These muscle building workouts are designed for complete beginners who want to use weight training to fill out and increase overall strength. Before you plough head first into the more advanced workouts it is important that you establish exactly where you are and what you want to achieve.

Building muscle size and strength can be a complicated business, but if you follow our well structured workouts and natural progression levels you will see yourself evolving and changing over the next few weeks and months, giving yourself a solid foundation on which to start building some serious strength and size.
